Payment is required prior to services rendered.
Notice period is 30 days from date of order.
If notice is given within 30 days and the assessment has been completed, it will be charged for at our current onsite rates.
IT assessment is up to a maximum of 8 hours.
Any requested repairs will be chargeable at our standard rates, a copy of which can be requested.
Faults found during the free assessment will not be covered by the new support agreement.
